Extremely good care, the physios and all the nurses have been lovely - all deserve gold medals.
The shower room and toilet were perfect and I enjoyed the showers.
The food has been good and enjoyable - excellent. Coffee breaks lovely.

Longing for a cup of tea much earlier in the mornings.
Mostly treated with dignity and respect but it was not a priority with same nurses. Probably caused by pressure up time. Cleanliness excellent.
Could be difficult to find out what you were being treated for and what the tablets were for.
Some nurses exceptionally good at the kindness, others could be irritated by your needs.
I definitely benefitted from my treatment and am very grateful for it.
Being at the end of the delivery of meals the were often cold.
